Capital Converter is designed to keep the maximum loss on any single trading day below 3% of account equity. This limit is a design rule, not a guarantee. Price gaps over weekends or news events, broker outages, connectivity failures and fast markets can cause losses larger than intended. Losses on consecutive days add up.

Your funds are held by your chosen broker, not by RCF. RCF does not accept deposits or hold client money. The broker's own terms, protections, fees and risks apply to your account. You are responsible for choosing a broker that is properly regulated in your country.

You are responsible for making sure that trading, and using a managed trading service, is legal for you where you live, and for any taxes on your profits. Do not trade with money you need for living expenses or cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure, seek independent financial advice.
